Description

A fun twist on the classic we serve our Jambalaya with brown lentils to pack a little extra protein. We start with the “holy trinity” a combination of bell pepper, celery and onion and then add in cooked lentils, plenty of creole seasoning and shrimp for a tasty combination that is as flavorful as it is filling!
