We’re obsessed with the concept of a sheet-pan supper where everything goes onto a sheet pan and into the oven with no fuss. For this version, we take spicy andouille sausage and roast it with a combination of bell peppers and onions for a bright and flavorful meal. Finished off with some wilted spinach (done right on the sheet pan), you’ll end up with the win-win of a delicious and balanced meal with minimal clean-up!
