Provencal Fish Stew

Description

This is such a simple, rustic stew but the presentation is elegant and the flavors get better as it sits, making this dish excellent for prepping in advance and warming right before serving. We love to make this dish for dinner parties and add a simple salad and some crusty bread for dipping.
