Open-Faced Grilled Cheese and Tomato Sandwiches

Once summer time hits, we love tomato sandwiches but of all of our myriad combinations, we reckon this one might be our favorite! We cover a sliced baguette with garlic and smoked cheese and then bake until golden and bubbly before finishing with juicy slicer tomatoes and a simple basil pistou! Scratch that, this one definitely is our favorite!
