So, you probably haven’t heard of shishito peppers. We love them here at AHP simply because they’re normally sweet but every so often you’ll stumble across a spicy one that’ll add a surprise burst of heat to any dish. And with this in mind, we roast these delicious little blighters until blistered and toss them with crispy Yukon Gold potatoes before completing the ensemble with pan-seared New York strip. Perfection!
