Description
Jambalaya is a dish originating in Louisiana with heavy influence from Spanish and French cuisine. There are many variations but it usually consists of meat and vegetables mixed with rice. Our version uses a combination of andouille sausage and chicken tenders with a blend of green bell pepper, celery, carrot and onion, all seasoned up Cajun-style and served with creamy rice. Southern comfort food as it was meant to be enjoyed!
