Description
Our take on the classic this dish which we believe is best served piping hot, snuggled up on the couch. We take hot Italian sausage meatballs and simmer them in a parmesan vegetable broth with little pearls of couscous, sweet carrot and tender, wilted spinach. We then finish the dish with plenty of coarse ground black pepper and Parmiggiano Reggiano cheese for the ultimate cold night treat!
