It’s that age-old conundrum – you like seafood but certain family members don’t. You want fish but they just scrunch up their noses. But luckily for you, we have a plan that will get anyone to enjoy fish. This technique keeps the fish nice and moist while creating the most delicious parmesan crust to temper/complement (depending on your preference) the fishy taste. And to complete the fishy conversion, we then serve our surreptitious seafood alongside nutty roasted cauliflower and peppery arugula for an elegant meal that’ll make an aquatic gourmand out of any land-lubber!
