Fig and Goat Cheese Burgers with Roasted Cherry Peppers and Potatoes

While some might argue that summer is burger season, the most iconic of American sandwiches is a great bet no matter what the weather. But, as we love to do at AHP, we’ve tweaked the script by starting with a ciabatta bun and juicy burger before topping with creamy goat cheese, peppery arugula and sweet fig preserves. We then serve our creation with sweet roasted cherry peppers and crispy potatoes for the ultimate mélange of tradition and adventure!
