Description
This classic French dish, named for the ramekins in which the eggs are cooked, is an absolute classic that is both delicious and exceedingly simple. But as is our wont at AHP, we add some sautéed greens for some added flavor and texture before finishing with a crispy French baguette for dipping up all of that buttery yolk and creamy goat cheese!
