Burgers with Onion Jam and Bacon Roasted Broccoli

We’ve all eaten a bacon cheeseburger or two but we doubt you’ve ever experienced one quite like this! We use bacon to infuse a balsamic-onion jam that adds a tangy sweetness to our burger before adding roughly chopped bacon to oven-roasted broccoli for an accompaniment as tasty as any French fry.
