Description
An Indonesian dish traditionally consisting of grilled, skewered meat served with a sauce. We skip the skewers and take strips of marinated skirt steak and quickly saute and then serve over a bed of rice with snow peas. The dish is drizzled with a delicious peanut sauce and finished with fresh cilantro and chopped peanuts for a fresh, flavorful dinner on the table in 30 minutes.
