I loveee this recipe to meal prep as it reheats really well but it's also fantastic for a delicious dinner when you're craving burrito bowls. The combination of fajita beef with beer-stewed black beans and sauteed peppers and onions atop lime cilantro rice is definitely a winning one. Top with pico, sour cream, cheese and guacamole if you really want to take it to the next level!
