We love a good fifteen-minute (or less) weeknight pasta dish. In the time the pasta takes to boil dinner is ready. We saute asparagus with garlic and lemon before stirring in peas, pasta water and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese for a simple but tasty springtime meal.
