Warm White Bean and Brussels Sprout Bowl

This meal is one of my favorites. It's so flavorful and simple to make and packed with nutrition. The white beans are tossed in a garlic-infused oil and then served atop shaved brussels sprouts sauteed with ginger and garlic and fluffy basmati rice.
