Shrimp with Chorizo and Lemony Swiss Chard

They always say not to mess with a classic. However, they never say not to improve on a classic! For this recipe, we add a fun, paleo twist to dirty rice by pairing our shrimp and chorizo with cauliflower rice and tender Swiss chard. This allows us to maintain the flavors of the original dish while adding some essential veggies and greens to make the “cleanest” dirty rice you’ll ever eat!
