Another quick and easy weeknight meal we take salmon and marinate it in a sweet and salty combination and then roast it in the oven until perfectly cooked through. Served atop a bed of fluffy white rice, tender bok choy seasoned with garlic and ginger and you have a fabulous meal on the table in under 30 minutes.
