Italian Chicken Sausage Sandwiches

In the fanciful world of dictionaries with pictures, the term “crowd-pleasing” would be accompanied by a mouth-wateringly irresistible picture of a freshly prepared Italian-style sandwich. This sandwich would contain tender chicken sausage simmered in a flavorful tomato sauce, topped with melty provolone cheese and served with crispy roasted potatoes and wilted spinach. Unfortunately, this dictionary doesn’t exist. Thankfully the sandwich does!
