Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine

Cajun shrimp fettuccine is quite a common sight on restaurant menus in New Orleans but most of them are loaded with cream, butter and cheese. For our version, we use just a little pat of high-quality Kerrygold butter to give the sauce a luscious, velvety mouthfeel before packing it with so much flavor that you’ll think you’ve taken a trip down south!
