A traditional sandwich originating among Italian immigrants in New Orleans, the muffuletta is often stuffed with a combination of cured meats and olives and finished with a vinaigrette dressing. We put a vegetarian spin on our version and toss a mélange of sautéed veggies and Greek olives in a tangy dressing and pile them atop ciabatta buns with melty provolone cheese for a sure-fire family favorite!
