Fettuccine Aglio e Olio

Spaghetti aglio e olio is a traditional Italian pasta dish hailing from Naples. The dish is made by lightly sautéing minced or pressed garlic in olive oil, sometimes with the addition of dried red chili flakes before tossing with spaghetti. For our version, we use fresh fettuccine and toss it with tender, wilted kale for a nutritional punch!
