Short of getting chickens to eat butter, we’ve found that the best way to infuse sage-infused buttery lusciousness into chicken is to rub it under the skin ourselves! We then combine our buttered-up bird with roasted carrots and shaved Brussels sprouts for a beautiful burst of crunch and succulence!
