
Baked Shrimp with Feta
A one-skillet meal, we take shallot, thyme and garlic and create the base for a tomato sauce that is loaded up with sweet shrimp and salty feta. We then finish in the oven until the shrimp are bright pink and the feta is nice and melty. Served with ciabatta toasts for soaking up all of the delicious sauce, this meal is absolutely perfect served alongside a good glass of red wine!
