Winter Panzanella Salad

Traditionally a Tuscan bread salad with tomatoes and an oil and vinegar dressing, we put a fun winter twist on it by mixing our ciabatta croutons with roasted Brussels sprouts and yams. The salad is then finished with a sweet and tangy balsamic vinaigrette to really give your taste buds a treat!
