Unlike tofu, tempeh is actually mildly flavorful on its own and makes the perfect base for a new take on traditional sloppy joes! This vegetarian version takes nutty crumbled tempeh and simmers it in a sweet tomato sauce before serving on a toasted ciabatta bun with vinegar slaw for a fun dish to serve up family-style on the patio!
