Description
An Italian pasta dish invented in the mid-20th century, puttanesca uses ingredients typical to Italian cuisine: tomatoes, olive oil, anchovies, olives, capers and garlic. To keep it vegetarian, we omit the anchovies and get a nice salty pop of flavor from the Kalamata olives and capers. Tossed in a delicious garlic tomato sauce and finished with a handful of spinach and parmigiano reggiano cheese, this pasta is satisfying for veggie and meat lovers alike!
