Description
Bulgogi or “fire meat” is a Korean dish of thin strips of beef marinated in a salty and sweet sauce and is so ubiquitous in South Korea that every restaurant from fine dining to hole-in-the-wall barbecue joints have some form of it on their menus. For our version, we combine our honey-soy-marinated beef with pear, snow peas and fluffy rice to give this Eastern delicacy the full AHP treatment!
