Description
When we think of Provencal flavors, our minds always drift to long, balmy summer evenings on the patio with good wine and good company. With plenty such evenings ahead of us, we figured that combining couscous with rustic Mediterranean ingredients like olives, tomatoes, eggplant, bell pepper and basil would offer the perfect pairing to both good wine and good company. They’d even work if the wine was your company!
