Our favorite thing about going to Mediterranean restaurants is the traditional sampler platter. So many flavors and textures come together in one place but why should such deliciousness be confined to a restaurant? For our version, we combine fluffy millet, crispy spiced chickpeas, roasted red pepper, salty olives, tender kale and crumbly feta make for a plate that’s as stunning to look at as it is to eat!
