Description
Peperonata is a classic southern Italian side-dish consisting of sweet bell peppers and tangy capers but we add some “speziato” to ours with a little kick from poblano peppers. We then serve with juicy, pan-seared pork chops for a simple piece of Mezzogiorno dining that’s on the table in 20.
