Description
“Arrabiata,” which means “angry” in Italian, is a spicy pasta sauce traditionally made from garlic, tomatoes and red chili peppers cooked in olive oil. For our version, we sear juicy boneless chicken thighs and serve them over a bed of peppery arugula before finishing them in our “angry” sauce with lemon, basil and olives included to mellow out the fury. Time for a bit of “angry” to cure your “h-angry!”
