Description
Lechon Asado or a traditional Cuban pork dish is traditionally made using a whole pig and is also often done using a pork shoulder. We speed up the process here by cubing tender pork loin up and quick marinating it in a combo of lime and orange juice with cumin and lots of garlic for a flavor packed punch. Served with tostones (pan-fried plantains) and you’ll have yourself a Cuban inspired feast
