Description
An Italian dish invented in the mid-20th century, puttanesca uses ingredients typical to Italian cuisine: tomatoes, olive oil, anchovies, olives, capers and garlic. For our version, we substitute anchovies for pan-seared tilapia and get a nice salty pop of flavor from the Nicoise olives and capers before tossing in a delicious tomato sauce and serving with fresh asparagus!
